Killing windows update's "REBOOT NOW" nag pop-up

Tip stoleded from Lifehacker

* [Win] + 'sc stop wuauserv' -> [Enter(Return)]
Note to remove the 's, the screen-shot tells the tale.

Usually as windows is quite pesky about their reboots, you will need to do this every once and a while, but it is certainly better to do this every half a day rather than to be nagged every fifth minute. Please note that I haven't tested this solution in neither Windows Vista nor Windows 7.

Right, So, I now have installed Windows 7. This tip does work here as well, It is just that you need to make the process elevated. Thus you need to go through a bit of a different procedure as opposed to windows. [Win] (Opens up the start-menu) then type cmd. This should show the icon for cmd.exe Right click this and select "Run as administrator" When you-ve gotten into the regular CMD window type "sc stop wuauserv" without the "s and hit enter.
